more than i need

a few days ago i finally bought myself an i pod, i had been thinking about getting one ever since it s debut, but always hesitated, money the biggest reason, i felt i was but a few people left who hadn't owned one, so i go to best buy and buy a i pod classic along with the am/fm clock radio and went home excited, downloading i tunes and went exploring it's offerings, yet the more i did this the less excited about my new i pod i got, the money i saw myself spending on this scared me, and realized it was something i just wouldn't fully use, spend about $3 dollars on a single tv episode watch it once and discard it, besides i don't watch much tv anyway, then there is the music, on my cell phone i have 397 songs purchased or downloaded i would have to repurchase them all over again, i didn't like that prospect, a very cool piece of electronics but more than i would ever use, so roughly 4 hours later i went back to best buy and returned it, satisfied in the belief that i don't need every new cool gadget that comes along, music is sacred to me and my cell phones 4g of external memory is more than sufficient to keep me grooving to my favorite tunes.
